Fees Schedule:
Please understand that fees vary. This is due to the extreme variations of the Central Oregon region with urban, suburban and rural properties, construction types from frame to masonry to log, further complicated by zoning issues covering everything from cities to resorts to ranches, spanning several counties, combined with distances issues due to the spread out nature of this market area.
The following fees are a basic foundation and may differ depending on individual conditions. To give a basic idea, the majority of my appraisals typically range between $400 and $450. Fees may be reduced with consideration given to contrat pricing and AMC pricing:
1004 $400 Non complex (General Deschutes County)
2055 $350 Non complex (General Deschutes County)
Land $300 Non complex (General Deschutes County)
1004 FHA $450 Non complex (Deschutes, Jefferson, Crook County)
2-4 units $550
O.I. statement $75
Rent Schedule $75
1004D $250
The following are considered with each assignment:
* Complexity $25-$100 ie: acreage, dwelling size/construct. type, available data/comps, etc.
* Distance fee $25-50 Jefferson (all areas), Crook (all areas), Deschutes (southern & out laying) All other counties’ distance fees are determined on a one off basis
* High–end properties and special assignment requests: Call for estimates
Turn times: Delivery is typically within 48 to 36 hours from date & time of inspection
Counties covered: Primary: Deschutes, Jefferson, Crook; Secondary: Northern Klamath, Northern Lake; Out-laying: Wheeler, Harney, Grant
